Monologue Competition for School Children
The Bovell Cancer Diabetes Foundation is proud to present its first Monologue Contest on Friday 9th November, 2012 at Roxborough Sporting Complex. Your school is invited to participate. Schools are limited to sending TWO contestants between the ages of 8 and 14 years, but additional students may attend the Jamboree for other activities and lunch at no cost. Links to view the contest rules and sample adjudication rubric are included at the bottom of this post.
• The Monologue presentations will be held during the morning session of the “Diabetes in the Limelight Jamboree” on 9th November, 2012, and the winning monologues will be announced in the afternoon.
• Entrants must complete and submit an entry form signed by a teacher. Deadline for application entry is 19th October, 2012.
• Entrants must be enrolled in school and between the ages of 8 and 14 years • 2012 Slogan - Diabetes: Protect Our Future
