It is with deep sadness that the Bovell Cancer Diabetes Foundation (BCDF) announces the death of MRS. MILDRED BOVELL (Mother/Matriarch of BCDF). The 90-year old Matriarch passed away in Atlanta, Georgia, USA after a brief illness.
