It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joseph Joey Albert Bovell, who departed from this world on October 8th, 2023. Joey was the son of the late Theophilus and Mildred (Miss) Bovell of Belle Garden, Tobago. He has been residing in Canada for decades. He leaves to mourn his wife and children, sisters Lema, Effie, Adelia, Rosetta, Adonia, Eastlyn, and Lorna; brothers Eman, Justas, Flemming, and Henson (deceased), grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Joey will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched with his kindness, love, and laughter.

Viewing / Visitation will take place on Friday October 20th, 2023, at Highland Funeral Home, 3280 Sheppard Avenue, E. Scarborough, Ontario M1T 3K3 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. His funeral service will be held on Saturday October 21st, 2023, at St. Paul's L'Amoreaux Anglican Church, 2R9, 3333 Finch Ave. E, Scarborough, ON M1W 3P7, Canada. All family and friends are invited to join in celebrating Joey's life and sharing cherished memories.
